SHIPPING INFORMATION
Fulfillment Timeframe:
Typically, we strive to process and fulfill most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). However, during periods of high order volume, such as product launches or holidays, the fulfillment process may take longer. Additionally, orders that require special attention, such as large bulk orders, modifications (size, color, model, or quantity changes), or address adjustments, may experience delays.
Domestic Shipping:
For domestic orders, we utilize USPS First Class or USPS Priority services. Please note that we do not offer express or expedited shipping options, nor can we guarantee specific delivery dates. Any displayed delivery dates are estimations and not guarantees. Once your order is in the possession of USPS, it typically takes up to 5 business days for delivery (excluding the fulfillment timeframe).
In the event that your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with your delivery driver and neighbors to ensure it wasn't accidentally mis-delivered. USPS advises waiting for up to 5 business days for the package to resurface. If the package remains missing after this period, please reach out to us for assistance regarding replacements or refunds.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns of eligible, unworn clothing items within 7 days of delivery.

Clothing must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns undergo a comprehensive inspection upon arrival and are subject to approval at our discretion.

Items returned in unsatisfactory condition or without the original packaging may be subjected to a restocking fee or declined entirely.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered.

Final sale applies to Last Chance items and all Apparel, which are not eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
